Shipping policy

Thank you so much for supporting my art, every order means the world to me. 

Enchanted Archives (Mail Club) Shipping
Enchanted Archives envelopes are shipped during the first week of each month. Please note that this is a recurring, themed mail club, so your order will ship according to this schedule rather than immediately after purchase.

Print Shop & Other Products 
All other items, including art prints and shop products, are packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Tracking 
Larger orders and packages will include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that 4x6 envelope orders are sent via standard USPS mail and do not include tracking. These are shipped as letter mail to keep costs low and accessible.

Shipping Times 
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

Incorrect Addresses 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages 
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of my control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. For untracked 4x6 envelop orders, delivery times may be less predictable, and replacements are not guaranteed.

Damaged Orders 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can make it right.

International Shipping 
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
