New Print - Chloris and Zephyrus

New Print - Chloris and Zephyrus

Spring arrives not all at once, but in whispers, the kind carried on warm breezes and petals just beginning to unfurl.

In Greek mythology, Zephyrus, the soft west wind, fell in love with Chloris, a quiet nymph of flowers. Through their union, she was transformed into a goddess of spring, and her presence awakens blossoms and scattering life across the earth.

This piece is inspired by that feeling. The hush of new beginnings, the romance of nature stirring back to life, and the magic hidden in every petal carried on the breeze. I wanted to capture not just their story, but the emotion of spring itself; soft, hopeful, and full of quiet wonder.

This artwork is now up in my shop as a 4x6 art print, you can check it out here. And whether you're welcoming the season or simply drawn to its gentle beauty, I hope this piece brings a little bit of that blooming magic into your space.
